Would you like to participate in the future of the highest quality end-of-life care possible for our community? This fall we are seeking new board members to:
- Raise funds in support of end-of-life services.
- Educate our communities about the value and benefits of hospice services.
- Engage and cultivate mission benefactors.
The Hospice Foundation for Jefferson Healthcare is an independent 501 (c) (3) charitable organization founded in 2009. It is run entirely by a team of caring volunteers and friends who raise funds and build community awareness about how to prepare for and live the best end-of-life possible.
Board Requirements:
- A passion for the Foundation’s mission.
- Attend monthly board meetings.
- Be an active participant in at least one committee.
- Be an ambassador and fund-raiser for the Foundation.
- Work collaboratively with other board members to fulfill the mission.
- Three year term, can be renewed.
